I realise that many people tend to lapse into depression or sometimes mild depression .

Most people ( I feel) get depressed due to low self esteem .
I do not know how to help everyone, or even be of any help in the first place, but I want to say that don't give up even before you have tried something ! Sure, something might seem out of reach or within reach, but you are afraid to grasp it because you do not know if you are able to handle it . Sometimes, I feel that you shouldn't think too much and just go for it. If you're already planning for the worst, the outcome might actually turn out how you expect it to be, because somewhere inside, you are actually planning for the worst to occur and even expecting it to occur . You never know until you try !

Secondly, I want to say, all of you are beautiful . It doesn't matter if you're fat, skinny, physically impaired etc, all of you are beautiful somewhere, and little comments regarding how you look should not be taken upon too seriously and personally, because seriously, whoever insults you is not being respectful to you at all , so why should you bother about them ? I mean, sure, of course you'll feel insulted and hurt, but that's exactly what these bullies want you to feel, to put you down, so you shouldn't show it to them at all . Instead, you should smile and show them that you're not affected by their childishness and leading your life perfectly well .

I'm not a good counselor and stuff, I'm just trying to idk, cheer some people up ;; I'm not really good with words and stuff as well, so if you didn't get what I'm saying or if everything's too weak then ignore it ahahaha B'D

Just remember though! Personally I feel that the strongest people in the world are not the most muscular or most fit, but a happy person. Because when a person is happy, chances are negative comments won't hurt as much, and one will be more mentally fit and healthy as well . So smile ! 8 D
